2 March 2017 - Hi Julia, I was pretty tired last night and then had some trouble sleeping around 3am. I loved the session - Thank you. Jane 🙏🏻 Jane, usually feeling tired and restless sleep indicated a big shift in energy is processing.  Rest, drink lot's of pure water, salty baths and walk out in the sun and nature will speed it up.  Julia
