Cancellation Policy
Please phone a minimum of 24 hours before your appointment to advise you cannot attend, and we can reschedule another time.
Please note that any cancellation will incur a 5% fee to cover financial institution fees.
Notifying us with less than 24 hours before your appointment, or not showing up to your appointment will not be eligible for any refund. 24 hours cancellation notice is required. If you are running late, please phone or text 0404 619 148.
Medical Information
Please inform Julia if you have any of these medical issues:
- Pregnant
- Have a pacemaker
- Experience seizures
- Psychosis / medicated for depression
- Have had a recent head injury
- Are being treated for inflammation with medication
- Thrombosis
- Have had a stroke, or had symptoms of stroke
- Blood clots
Payment
Private Appointments are paid at time of booking, products can be purchased at your appointment payment by cash or phone banking transfer.
